WHAT IS GOLD VERMEIL?
Gold Vermeil is sterling silver dipped in 14 and/or 18 karat gold. Our gold vermeil is top quality and we stand strongly behind all items ordered and produced in this metal
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email directly from us with your UPS tracking details for Domestic orders. Be sure to check your SPAM folder as the emails have the tendency to be re-directed there.
CAN YOU SHIP TO A PO BOX?
We do not ship to PO boxes. PO box addresses are allowed for billing purposes only, but orders must be shipped to a standard address.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship USPS, DHL and/or UPS internationally. The charge to ship expedited internationally is $36. Shipping time depends on the carrier and final destination, usually taking between 7-20 business days for ground and 3-5 business days for expedited shipments. During checkout, the option will appear to select international shipping. Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are assessed once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; YINKAORISAN.com has no control over these charges. If you refuse a shipment you are responsible for the original shipping charges, and any import fees or taxes that are incurred on the package. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
WILL MY YINKAORISAN.COM PURCHASE ARRIVE GIFT-WRAPPED?
All YinkaOrisan.com purchases arrive in the signature YINKA ORISAN black box, tied with a satin ribbon. During the holiday season, a red satin ribbon is used instead. At the checkout process you will have the option of writing a gift message for each item in your order which will arrive with your gift package. If you choose not to write a gift message, one blank card per recipient will be included in your order.
