REPAIRS

At YINKA ORISAN quality and craftsmanship is of our utmost concern. However, jewelry by its very nature is delicate. If you should experience the need for repair on any YINKA ORISAN jewelry item please email info@yinkaorisan.com. Please reference your Name, Address, Order Number and Repair Issue. You will be provided a Repair Authorization Number which must be clearly labeled on the package.

YINKA ORISAN will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 120 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 120 days or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis. YINKA ORISAN does not accept returns on any merchandise that has been worn.

Our Repairs Processing Center only accepts repairs for items purchased on YINKAORISAN.com. Repairs for items purchased at one of our Retailers must be returned through the original point of purchase and cannot be accepted through the YINKAORISAN.com Returns Processing Center.
